Mini Event is a tracking tool which helps you to
- create events with many guests,
- generate next occurrence with countdown,
- send notifications to the guests and
- mark or receive responses from guests to your events.
- maintain a full history of replies and attendances of any event.

It will remind you when an event is upcoming. The reminders will come at one hour, one day, one week and one month ahead of the next occurrence, according to the events next occurrence timing.
An optional alarm can be set for an upcoming occurrence at its exact start time, although the need for an alarm in an event is not very high.
You can deactivate a completed or unwanted event, and reactivate it later on if required. This way you can keep your focus on the more urgent events.
The same deactivate/reactivate action can be taken on the occurrence of an event, plus two actions to hide/unhide the occurrence from display while leaving it as active.
